Es wird trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage in schriftlicher Form nicht reagiert. Ärgerlich

Für einen Laien überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar, warum aus heiterem Himmel das Konto gesperrt wird. Man möchte lediglich ein paar Bücher verkaufen und wird immer wieder mit anderen Forderungen drangsaliert. Laut Statistik ist mein Konto einwandfrei und trotzdem gesperrt. Die Schritte zum Entsperren erschließen sich einem auch nicht. Da ist auf einmal von einem anderen Konto die Rede und man solle bestätigen, dass das einem gehört oder nicht. Nirgendwo kann man sehen, um was für ein Konto es sich handelt. Es ist einfach eine verdammt unübersichtliche App und absolut nicht benutzerfreundlich.

Ok für einen ganz groben Überblick der Verkäufe. Aber ab dem Moment wo man zum Beispiel eine Marketingkampagne anpassen will, sogar die einfachste Anpassung wird extrem kompliziert und das traurige sehr intransparent. Wohin mein Geld geflossen ist? Unmöglich zu entziffern.

Falls man mehrere Händlerkonten in einem Account hat, ist die App absolut unbrauchbar, weil man sich dann in gar keinen der Händlerkonten einloggen kann.

Die Webseite funktioniert am Handy auch fast gar nicht. Man kann fast nichts anklicken und keine Zeiträume auswählen. Schade.
