امازون السعوديه للاسف صدمه
السلام عليكم ارجوا من ادارة امازون السعودي اعطاء مساحه من الحريه للبائع عن طريق امازون سيلر. لان سلوك المتسوق السعودي يختلف اختلاف كبير جداً عن سلوك المتسوق باقي دول الخليج و كذلك اوروبا و امريكا. لذا نرجوا تبسيط لوحة التحكم للبائع، كذلك مرونة للبائع في التحكم في حالة شحن المنتج اذا كان الشحن بواسطة التاجر، كذلك لا يوجد رقم تواصل للدعم الفني في حالة وجود مشكله، فقط يجب عليك فتح تذكره و انتظر 3 او 5 او 8 ايام حتى يتم الرد و احياناً لا يصل رد، ثم العميل يقوم بالغاء الطلب او يتم الغائه تلقائي ثم رصيدك يصبح في السالب و اخيراً لكل من يفكر في البيع بواسطة منصة امازون ( ابتعد و إلا سوف تخسر مالك ). 1- شروط انشاء حساب بائع معقد جداً. 2- لوحة التحكم البائع معقدة جداً اشبه في للغة برمجة. 3- عدم اعطاء البائع مرونه في التحكم في المنتجات ( عكس سوق كوم سابقاً). 4- صعوبة التواصل مع المشتري. 5- صعوبة التواصل مع الدعم الفني. 6- لا يوجد رقم تواصل للدعم الفني. 7- إذا في امك خير اشحن عن طريقك <<<< سياسة الشحن بواسطة التاجر.
التطبيق لا يعمل!
التطبيق توقف عن العمل وصار مامنه فايدة.

سيء في السعودية
اذا رغبت في البيع في امازون السعودية لاتقبل أي شحنة عن طريق أرامكس لأنه في حال لم يقم باستلامها العميل وأصبحت مرتجع لن تصلك أبدا وعند رفع مطالبة في أمازون لن يتم تعويضك من قبلهم ولن تجد أي تجاوب منهم بخصوص مرتجعات أرامكس تخسر رسوم الشحن ورسوم أمازون عند الإلغاء خيرًا لك من أن تخسر منتجك
