Bad Customer service
I tried to contact them several time why they are rejecting my brand registered no proper answer
No customers service for sellers
No customer service or support for the seller. It just don’t exist. Unauthorised payments has been taken from my card and unable to get help to get that refunded.
Disgusting behaviour
Absolutely disgusted by Amazon, they charged me £30 and I didn’t agree to that, then they deactivated my account and whenever I try and email them it doesn’t work. I want my full refund now or I will be taking this further.

do your self a favour and don’t make my mistake. go to amazon seller reviews on trust pilot. absolutely scamming creatures.
DELETE ACCOUNT
I’ve been trying on and off for YEARS to close my Seller Central account which was suspended from all marketplaces in 2016 claiming counterfeits despite receipt being provided. I still get emails in languages I don’t read or speak. DELETE ACCOUNT
It does most of the job
They app performs most of the account management tasks for day today, however, login on a full site is still occasionally needed. I like the recent improvements, however, I wish they brought back the swipe to go back to previous screen action.
Scammers
I chose the free option as I didn't want to pay. Next thing you know, they've changed it and have taken the money out of my bank account while deactivating my account at the same time. I've tried emailing, and they said three months and ill be refunded we'll it's been longer, and now they keep going case is closed, so I have lost out of money for something I didn't even sign up for. Complete scam and id afford at all costs.

After registering for the account and getting it all verified I have had £30 taken from my credit card and my account deactivated! I’m fuming!
Listing problems and glitches
When submitting info for selling products, you may have missed something and they will decline and give no clue what it is, when you contact them they don’t tell you the reason. You can also spend a lot of time doing listings then a glitch happens and it doesn’t save or recognise when you send products in and you have to delete listings and start again. A company this big with so many easily fixed problems that they don’t address is concerning. Also if you are here because you think you’re going to make a ton of money….forget it. The fees are eye watering. You basically pay for each click that someone clicks on your item which can be upto £5 not like most platforms where you pay if someone purchases . Someone can click all day, cost you a fortune and make no sales
