Our review gets taken down daily, so we reposted daily. Our company has invested $30,000 in product trying to get started on AmazonSeller, but they instantly locked our account out claiming that we don’t have the right to sell merchandise that we have multiple authorization forms from. Our supplier has had a working relationship with Amazon for 11 years and yet they still for some reason think that our particular products are counterfeit. Amazon support America needs to reach out and fix this. Your offshore Indian support is incapable.
New to getting on Amazon, …and problems right off the bat!
started on the PC, got to the part of verifying identity and had to leave, so I then tried to continue the registration process on my phone via the app. Once I choose which marketplace to sign in to…I click the radio button to upload images of my face and ID and it hangs. Rebooted app, no good. Rebooted phone, no good. Uninstalled app and reinstalled, still hangs!
As big as Amazon is and up on technology, this kinda thing shouldn’t be happening!
Stole my money
They stole my money and app won’t even let me log in. Keep trying to contact them but won’t give money back
Selling themselves short
This app, much like the US website, is a mess. Amazon makes it difficult for individuals to sell used books to the point where I’ve not been paid in four months. And don’t think of chatting or calling or using this app’s help function. Customer service does not exist.
Single seller difficulty
So I thought Amazon was for people to flip things, 3 days of calling trying to figure out how to list things. Filled out the Selling application all fine and dandy. Horrendous Issues. No way the 4.6 rating real.
Long review due to strong frustration and loss of sales for idiotic reasons.
Seller support is horrendous. Not quite sure how else to give feedback than to leave a review.
The biggest issue is the inability to critically think. Most agents are reading a script and posses POOR communication skills. I have had to call on multiple issues over the last few months making literally HUNDREDS of calls in hopes of getting an agent who can both communicate clearly and reactively help.
Given how many calls are necessary to be made, the process is further frustrating by agents reading a script using filler words and restating non-useful or irrelevant information compounding the amount of both my and Amazon’s time wasted.
Agents should be trained to efficiently assess the situation and collaborate with the seller and drop the benign platitudes. Don’t manage the situation, attack it.
Also, there is no clear way to reply to an agent (when you FINALLY get a useful one). I was messaged from a very useful agent asking for a reply to schedule a call and there was no way to reply. Incredibly frustrating.
What’s more is just about ANY attempt at a fix requires 24-72hrs to see if it even worked. Meaning dynamic problems take WEEKS to fix.

The app would be good if I ever got the chance to use it, all the updates say bugs and fixes but it seems that I’ve encountered another, maybe it’s just better on computer, I can’t even get into a market to start listing because the page is sitting there loading / buffering for hours , literally hours.
destroys small business
we took out a $25,000 loan and bought a bunch of inventory. Sent it all to Amazon and our account immediately got deactivated. We now $30,000 in debt. Amazon will not return our products. We opened a case with Support, but they simply deleted it. Two more cases were opened, and those were also ignored and deleted We currently have a lawsuit open and small claims against Amazon.
