My package supposed to be delivered 15 days ago , but I didn’t get it and no refund and no online support, no one to talk too !! You can contact them only if you are from US . Or somewhere they choose . My country is not on the list .

They don’t care about their customers, My account has been blocked since weeks after I topped up a gift card, so they like stole my money !!

Not so much Amazon but the partner creditor with affirm is getting a little ridiculous with interest rates. Wish Amazon would link up with PayPal too so there were more options.

My mother bought from a third party seller and wanted to cancel it after few hours of ordering it. So I did cancel but it didn’t give me any cancellation confirmation but instead, just the order number and that it’s still being processed. The seller’s name also disappeared and so, there’s no way to contact the seller. I reach out to the customer representative to send a message of cancellation on my behalf and told me to wait for 48 hours for the seller to reply. It’s been 2 days, still no response and customer representative wasn’t helpful at all, telling me again that they sent a message to the seller and that I have to wait for another 2 days for the seller to respond. The order was still being processed and the delivery date was still showing. This app has a glitch or something as to why third party sellers name suddenly disappear after the order is being cancelled when it wasn’t even shipped yet. Now I am thinking of getting rid of this app and not going to renew again.

Can’t find order history. No availability of products in an obvious search where there are 100s produces crazy priced for other stuff $699 for 12.99 sale and pepper shaker.

It’s almost 2025 there’s zero excuse for the world’s biggest market app to lack dark mode theme. I will update once Amazon cares about people’s healths when using at night.
