Dark mode

Needs a dark mode option. I’m stuck trying to get a toddler to sleep for sometimes hours and I struggle to look at Amazon because it’s so bright even with screen brightness set to its lowest. Give us a dark mode so we can shop in the dark.

Dishonourable company , don't deal with them

I stupidly dealt with temu. There quality of items is questionablez they do promotion to get you to buy things and offer you refunds As long as you pay upfront and the will give you money back .. all lies z then they say as a one off deal they will give you a certain amount. They've also put up the minim order to give you fifteen delivery and it went to $25 now it's about $35z just go through Amazon and get a prime membership and you get free delivery regardless of dollar value

I bought a bed over a month ago, the delivery never arrives and there is no way to contact support or the seller. Disappointed

Pathetic

System is pathetic. My credit card has expired and I have changed my PO Box because I’m getting old and my PO Box was too low for me to bend down so I scored a PO Box which is at just the right height. My body is letting me down, but my brain still works. Get your act together please.

Despicable Customer service

45 mins to generate a return label! The customer representative could not understand basic English. Frustrating. Ended up wondering if it was worth my time. Feel like Amazon wants to discourage us from calling for customer service

Amazon is past

Monthly payments for overpriced garbage which you can buy in much better rates from other places (hint starts with T***).

Amazon- simple easy and fast delivery

No matter what you need, be it a birthday gift , a card, a gift card, a book or some groceries Amazon have not only got what you need, but with Prime they will often deliver it the very next day. With the busy lives many of us lead these days you can relax and rely on the Amazon crew to get your order picked, packed and delivered to you asap. Nothing has ever arrived late or damaged or faulty in any way, which must be due to Amazon’s policies and procedures. The App works on my smart phone or iPad, and is also easy to navigate and simple to use. I find it the easiest way to shop.

Phishing under the covers ?

I use an app , lookout, which detects phishing. This app and the Amazon.com.au webpage gets blocked by lookout because it’s trying to run an event that lookout says is phishing . As to the app itself it’s annoying how you can’t zoom , not good for those with poor eyesight, they are better on the webpage.

App is tolerable, service is woeful.

Maybe I’ve been unlucky but it seems that every purchase I’ve made from Amazon has been substandard when it arrived and Amazon were of no help whatsoever in resolving the issue. I cannot recommend.
