It’s so stupid how Amazon can tell you an item will arrive in 5 days, only for the estimated delivery date to suddenly change to 7 days later on the exact same day—sometimes just a few hours after placing the order.

If Amazon isn’t confident it can deliver within 5 days, it shouldn’t advertise that delivery estimate in the first place. Stop giving customers an earlier date just to change it later. The delivery estimate should be accurate and reliable from the beginning.

It’s frustrating that so many items I save in my cart end up going out of stock. For a company as large as Amazon, I expect better inventory availability. Too often, products disappear before I can check out, making the shopping experience unreliable. Amazon should improve stock management or at least provide more accurate availability estimates for items in customers’ carts.

It’s stupid how cancelled orders are now mixed in with your actual purchases. It used to be separate and clear before — now it’s just cluttered and confusing. Please bring back the old setup where cancelled orders didn’t show up with completed ones.

I recommend allowing a option to build a gift to ship I recently wanted to send a house warming gift and it shipped in 3 separate boxes.  Wished I could indicate it’s a gift and to put it all together I would pay for gift wrap and the digital card to be sent.. with gifts being sent world wide all the time this should be something Amazon should consider!  Additionally this would allow to pre order and have it shipped on someone’s birthday etc
