Poor customer for a below average company
Amazon used to be reliable and well managed. I noticed so many shortcomings in the last few months, poor customer service , zero leadership , 0 empathy , unreliable service The company is gone from worse to worst
Not good in answering
If you have any problem in your shopping or return any thing this app just confused you by automatically chat or automatically calls. I didn’t like that and will try other shops app for better response
Flawed
Used to be able to switch from .com to .ca to .eu accounts in the app but not anymore.
Worst company of all time
Terrible customer service. The idiot on the phone couldn’t speak English, and refused to refund our money after they delivered it to the wrong address. Never using Amazon again.
Won’t let you download invoices
iPhone app only lets you display invoices and won’t let you download. Please fix this Amazon!
DVDs and earrings
So happy with all my requests and deliveries. Excellent packaging and earlier than expected delivery dates have been consistent and welcomed! Thank you to all involved from a very satisfied customer!
Ads ads ads
Prime used to be great! Too many ads now, they want $3 to not have ads so they bombard you with 2 45 second ads every 25 mins. Not worth getting it and you need pay so much money to watch anything. Not like Bezos needs any more $$$ Wish I could give it 0
Homepage Search Bar
Dear Amazon, My daughter just self-published a book on Amazon, but it is not searchable through the homepage search bar. It seems that the only way to find her book is to go through the process of tapping the menu button in the bottom right corner of the homepage, selecting 'Books', and then searching for her book. I have received numerous questions from friends, family, and acquaintances on how to find her book! Hopefully, this is just a delayed option after publishing, but it is not helpful for Amazon customers who wish to purchase or for authors who self-publish and need to promote on Amazon.
