### *---- "令人噁心的假貨平台 客服充滿謊言欺騙"
我明明在發貨前取消訂單，客服同意不發貨處理，快遞公司當時也證實還沒有攬件無法攔截。但最後還是發到香港。

客服再次欺騙我說會全款退還，不扣運費，但最後退款仍然是扣了我一百多港元運費。

最後我被告知因為貨物已經到海外才取消配送，所以運費會扣除，而且因為已經退款（貨物的款），所以無法再次把運費退款到信用卡。

他們仍然把責任推卸給買家，明明我在貨物發出前已經要求取消訂單，取消發貨，他們程序有如此大漏洞，但不負任何責任的行徑真是令人咋舌。

最後補充一點，我當時取消訂單的原因是我發現他們售賣的是假貨。

這個平台充滿了欺騙和謊言，大家避免使用。

I thought Amazon is okay with user experience but after using Temu, I found Amazon has multiple pain points.    I can’t see my order total while selecting the products. I bought two items from them and never received it so asked for a refund. After a month, I still did not receive it.

In the meantime, I have checked with my bank twice and they confirmed the transaction is not detected. But when I go back to Amazon, they just keep telling me to check with my bank with no other resolution. Totally not helpful at all.

I used to switch between the US and Japan regions in the app smoothly, but after updating to the new iOS, the Amazon app has issues when switching countries. I can't customize the currency and language. Every time I switch to Japan and then back to the US, I have to receive a one-time SMS code. I've set up Face ID, but it hasn't helped.

A camera on sale on Amazon primed  .. so I joined Amazon prime and purchased … then my prime and order banned by Amazon …saying it is suspicious trade ( because Iam new join and the order is expensive ? ) I tried again another new account and another credit card … also banned with the same reason.. Amazon request me to provide doc for verification… may be after verification the prime day deal is over … What a mess !

Then today they email me saying my one moth. prime is over . And asking me to joined it again .

I had a broken item in a package, so I asked for an exchange. Since the item is already returned and refunded, the Amazon agent said they are not able to give me an exchange. So the agent asked me to place a new order and promised me and send me an email to confirm that they will refund the shipping fee to me after the item is arrived. 

After the item is arrived, I connected to the Amazon customer service again, they said that’s an incorrect information and are not able to give me a refund back. 

I tried to call amazon customer service, they give me the same answer and even cut off my call without answering my questions! 

Amazon customer service is just useless, not really helping customer.

For an online only business seeking a global footprint, the app still lives in the insular days of brick-and-mortar shopping. In fact it is going backwards. The app used to have options that allow you to switch countries easily. But that option seems to have disappeared. Even representatives on their help page were unable to tell me if the switching feature has been removed or whether it is a temporary glitch. Instead I was told to use a browser to do my shopping instead of using the Amazon app. Instead of channelling resources to AI-produced summaries of all reviews on a product (which is like summarising all Anerican political opinions), the developers should spend more energy on the growing market of international shoppers.
