אפליקציה ששייכת למודל המשלוחים הכי מקצועי בעולם מתנהגת כמו אפליקציה של מודל המשלוחים הגרוע בעולם. - תרגום מילולי לא איכותי ונכון - למרות שהגדרתי לצפות במחירים במטבע שקל הוא כל הזמן הופך חזרה לדולר - פילטר סינון כושל מאוד ובכלל לא ניתן לפלטר לפי מחירים - האפליקציה לא מציגה מוצרים שאינם נשלחים לכתובת שהזנתי וזו חוצפה. אני יכול לדאוג למשלוח עצמאי (שגם זה כישלון, כן?) מפה ועד לא להציג לי מוצרים אני חושב שזה טעות לסיכומו של ענין אם כבר מצאת מה להזמין תקבל שירות מעולה אבל עד שתמצא הדרך משובשת

The worst customer service i ever experienced, in any platform including local stores , when i try to cancel the order because not shipped for two weeks they say no worries if come after new year we will refund , when it did come after new year now they telling me go miss a work day find dhl center and post the item back if i am not happy

Size guide not working after the last update

Constant cart refresh

Cant seem to fix annoying cart refresh on iphone. Nothing works! When scrolling through my cart or my “saved for later” items, once i click on an item i cant just go back to where i left off, instead- it refreshes the entire cart, making the shopping experience impossible!! Very frustrating- contacted tech service several times.

Worst Service

I’ve never experienced such a bad service like Amazon and I didn’t expect that at all. They lied to me that they will partially refund me about a mistake they have been made, one of the agents literally told me that the refund will reflect in my credit card in 3-5 days and I got nothing, when I came back to ask where is my refund they simply told me “we are not going to refund you and can’t help you anymore further have a nice day” they basically stole 50$. Very bad experience, highly not recommend.

Terrible

I am trying to return a broken office chair for the last two weeks, the app is horribly difficult to navigate in order to get to costumer service, and than it switches countries and can not switch back, all of my orders are missing and i have to spend hours learning how to deal with this faulty design
