Amazon KSA is the most complicated app to use, no customer support at all! Trying chat (unavailable) and gives you an option to have a callback from them, which amazingly unavailable and redirects you to chat! Which is also unavailable and redirects you to a callback!!  And the loop is on. Tried to sign in from their website, ohhhh boy the nightmare goes on and on! DON’T USE AMAZON!

As an international shopper who bought items from the USA or UK shop, I found difficulty in returning items .. the help center have no clue and could not provide an address for returns.

Amazon asks me for two OTP verification codes first through email then comes the second verification through an OTP number sent to the phone number registered which iS never delivered 
I called the international helpline which was super unhelpful & ended up blocking my account after being charged an international call.  I was being connected to two different unhelpful agents. I wasted my time & money. Agents seem bored & untrained & uninterested. Kindly do not offer a help line that only charges customer and does not offer proper support
