Why don't you delete Simplified Chinese from the language list? As long as the phone language is set to Simplified Chinese, the App will automatically jump to the Amazon China region, resulting in an inability to log in. The current situation is that the phone has installed the Amazon China region special App to log in to the Amazon China region, and then installed this global version, the login also points to the China region, but can neither log in to the China region nor other regions. You are really a bunch of makeshift teams, it's terrible!

It is not much friendly use as it was before . For example how to change the country and language ? Not seen anymore. To much fiddling to find . Or asking a question to the seller .

You shop window and you always find what you are looking for. Shopping at the press if a button.

Please add support for dark mode, and a more seamless way of changing region for those of us (including myself) who don’t have Amazon locally.

Amazon has been good for me for MANY years this is a very good app but recently I’ve been trying to get in to Amazon but then my screen turns black then kicks me out. Idk if it’s a glitch or someone’s hacking me but if it’s a glitch PLEASE fix it! 👍 - Love 💗 ✨Gisselle✨🫶🏼

I keep receiving my orders without any protection and the orders arrive damaged and the customer service people just don’t care and won’t offer any up they will just tell you “we understand your concerns” then tell you there’s nothing else they can do. Don’t order anything expensive you want to arrive in good condition because it won’t this happened to me multiple times one time I was even told just to fix it myself.!
