The application Not responding and working properly , that is the first time happeneing to me . May be because of new ios26 is happening .

جداً جداً سيئة ولا تقدر وتصل لهم وكل ماطلبت اتصال هاتفي يقول نتعذر واذا بغيت تتحدث معهم يقولون الدردشة غير متاحه
All my orders that were too late now Undeliverable!
I’m so disappointed and so worry about my refund because still not received it. I’m afraid that this experience made me lose my trust in Amazon. Please send the refund. I’m from Oman and the shipping has costed me nearly the same price as the products and unfortunately didn’t worth it at the end.
Worst experience
I placed my order, but it hasn't been delivered. The delivery personnel seem quite lazy, claiming that my address is too far away. The service has been very disappointing. Even after contacting customer service, the problem remains unresolved, and I find myself waiting repeatedly. As an Amazon member, I find this treatment unacceptable, and I won't be recommending this app to my friends or family.

ليش المشكلة لا زالت ،، كل شي يوصلنا من كل المواقع ، بس غير امازون ما يوصل الى مسقط دايركت لازم دبي هذا بعد أنت وحظك يمكن يوصل دبي ومن دبي عاد سلم على طلبيتك أو توصل بعد سنه بس يوصلك كرتون فاضي أو اكياس فاضيه ،،، تيموا مره طلب منه ونقص واير شارج وسوون اعتذار وطرشون لي نفس الطلبيه ومع الشاحن اللي ناقص شوف الفرق بين شركات تسعى الى المال فقط وشركات تسعى للمال ولكن اهم من المال رضى الزبون و السمعه الطيبه اللي تمسح الشركات الكبار أتمنى يكون في تعديل و تسهيل الخدمه إللى كانت جيدة بس صارت مشاكل بس تاخذ الفلوس ولعنه تلعن الزبون
