Unreliable Amazon, no longer trustworthy.
I’m a very long time user. Amazon used to be my main online stores for shoes, jeans, clothing, electronic, beers, watches, etc. It was my main online shopping I’d turn to. But lately Amazon will not shipped your order whenever they raised their pricing but forced you to cancelled and reorder at a much higher new price. And thrice I’ve was forced to cancel and reorder the same thing because they tactically refused shipping after raising the price. The customer service will give lots of lips services, promises and apologies just to stalled the customers. I’ve to go to an alternatives. Aliexpress so far a brighter option, usually cheaper and shipped out quickly. They also do 100% refund.

Utter joke
Account suffered unauthorised log in attempts. Tried to delete account but faced with system error and needed to contact customer service.
After speaking to 4 different on app customer service agent over a week, NOTHING is done and still receiving OTP request.
Utter joke! Treating customer and account security as jokes!
This app is a no no.
First time user and tried to order. Delivery the next day with a time slot. It didn’t come within time slot. And suddenly cancelled my order without any explanation. Tried to contact live chat and I couldn’t even open it. So in conclusion, I shall just stick to Shopee. That is a more user friendly app comparison to this one. Feel so disappointed by the lack of explanation.

Hate buying groceries using this app - coupon to catalogue all waste of time
Catalogue Impossible to browse so disorganized - when finally got the list of items to purchase after spending an hour, coupon advertised in front page banner just would not work for god knows why. Such a put off. Will not come back.
Impossible to change countries
They removed the switcher to go between different countries or made it near impossible to find.
Lousy app
Really lousy app user interface unfriendly and nuisance.
Brought me to US amazon rather than SG until I reinstalled
I have SG Prime and when I go to amazon.sg on web, it shows I have Prime and in SGD.
When I was using Amazon on this app, it showed in USD, even though I logged in and also changed currency to SGD. I used this app again few hours later, it showed I am not logged in and I tried to check out items, it showed shipping fees even though I have prime membership! And still on USD! I had to reinstall this app, finally it is showing amazon.sg link on the search bar, and when I logged in and view Prime membership details, FINALLY it says I have prime!!!
Product Is Not Delivered Properly
I want to say that. This Is worst Application In My Life. I bought mouse pad but that can't delivered that said some problem and go back to buyer. I wait 5 days for that product but that can't delivered.I want to said that you can't install this app... According to my experience....
