I am living in Singapore downloading from app store sg, downloaded amazon.cn instead and the only thing  available to me is a link to app store for the chinese version which is not available in sg app store, and I can't do anything else. Totally unusable.

I made an order on Amazon to be shipped for present. Item did not come in time and multiple attempts at customer service had them promise me that it will be delivered. Eventually, I escalated it to the customer service management team and they assured me it will be shipped. However, to my horror, after another 3 days, it was not shipped yet. Attempt to contact customer service was blocked. Their chat repeated says it ran into an issue. But if you change an account, you can reach them, and they will say they can’t see the orders from the new account. Try searching blocked from Amazon customer service and you can see numerous people encountering the same issue. Be wary of unethical business practices.

Amazon is excellent, the app as well.
They have an amazing customer service.
But I have only one non-satisfaction:
They cancel often orders without any reason and NO compensation. I don’t think it is fair for customers. They should at least for example give a discount or voucher to compensate the prejudice.
