Utter waste , not even delivered one product which I ordered

Never order from this application. They’re like scammer and try to get good reputation. However, they dont have proper communication and don’t deliver your order after waiting for more than two months!!!!

Lousy Service after sale. Or rather no customer service at all. Will not buy via this app ever again.

Ordered 2 times cancel 2 time order keep missing … from my idea 5 stars to 2 stars. I had just placed another order. If this gone missing again I’ll rate it 1 stars

I am living in Singapore downloading from app store sg, downloaded amazon.cn instead and the only thing available to me is a link to app store for the chinese version which is not available in sg app store, and I can't do anything else. Totally unusable.

I made an order on Amazon to be shipped for present. Item did not come in time and multiple attempts at customer service had them promise me that it will be delivered. Eventually, I escalated it to the customer service management team and they assured me it will be shipped. However, to my horror, after another 3 days, it was not shipped yet. Attempt to contact customer service was blocked. Their chat repeated says it ran into an issue. But if you change an account, you can reach them, and they will say they can’t see the orders from the new account. Try searching blocked from Amazon customer service and you can see numerous people encountering the same issue. Be wary of unethical business practices.

Cannot even find a customer hotline

i'm tired of using amazon. deliveries are screwed up all the time. i've experienced a lot of unsuccessful deliveries. lazada and shopee work better than amazon.
