Amazon - Shopping made easy

I am a big fan of Amazon having used them extensively overseas. The App is excellent, payment and delivery is accurate and effortless. Most importantly when things go wrong their customer service is stress free, quick and efficient. The new RSA operation is equally impressive. I just hope it’s successful enough to expand the product ranges to include most of the Amazon Basics and popular 5 star products they sell overseas.

A game changer in the online shopping. I am especially enjoying the most next day deliveries. All the time limited specials just when I need them. Superb

Boycott Amazon for rolling back on black and gay protections.

I would have given a much higher rating if there were proper customer service channels available to resolve my issue. I purchased an item then returned it the next day as it was the wrong brand. Amazon issued a refund on December 31, but as of January 13, the refund has not reflected in my bank account. I have been trying to contact Amazon to resolve this matter, but the callback function and chat feature on the app are unavailable. I also contacted The Courier Guy to reach Amazon, but I haven’t been able to get any assistance. Please address this issue urgently and improve the accessibility of your customer service options.

Today is 10/12/2024 and after updating to today’s update all my account info seems to be missing. Or let be more specific, I no longer have any purchase history, so I have nothing to track. There should be a history and in-fact I am currently waiting for an order to be delivered, but because there is no history, I obviously have nothing to track. Please fix this issues or bugs ASAP. THANKS IN ADVANCE

Really enjoy using this Shopping App, easy to navigate and locate items. Great selection available and if you build your profile correctly, what a breeze it is to checkout. Only disadvantage I find is when filtering on searches, I have not seen the option by manufacturer, this is key when searching speciality items such as Earbuds, TV’s, etc. Otherwise a great app and makes online shopping a pleasure.

Its easy and simple

System that prevents you from deleting a payment type. Means you have to cancel a card to ensure it is deleted. Also you unable to correct and incorrect payment method accepted bysystem.

Why even bother having Amazon SA, there is basically nothing of any value available to buy!?! This is a useless online store
