Canceled order
I’m dessapointed about service yester I ordered 3 tiger eye bracelet.and is says order confirmed and money also deducted from my card.and today morning I got an email that ordered canceled.so what will happened to that money i paid.I never order anything again from this.
Worst return item process
The return item process is worst and not a clear communication. I have requested a item return and no response for more than a week. Then called the support and i was asked to send the item by myself. Sent the item by courier and it’s delivered 5 days before but no response yet from Amazon.

Selling some unqualified items
Cheap in quality and so many fake items selling through Chinese and Philippine people, Amazon needs to bang out
Worst customer service ever
They charge us more and deceive us with lies. When we buy a product, we can not even review the quality of what we want.
Not working properly in Sri Lanka
Being using for almost 10 years without any issues, but getting some login issues and profile messing up when using this app from Sri Lanka.
