I keep receiving my orders without any protection and the orders arrive damaged and the customer service people just don’t care and won’t offer any up they will just tell you “we understand your concerns” then tell you there’s nothing else they can do. Amazon has been great for years, even when I used it at an APO but there has been a recent decline in service. Prime orders taking days to a week to be shipped then another few days to be delivered when it was previously next day or two day delivery. Orders constantly updated with delivery day changes. Orders not showing up at all but thankfully they have been refunded. I’m not sure what’s going on but it is making me question my need for my subscription if this is the service I’m going to continue to receive.
