Terrible new format!!! Have to scroll one item at a time instead of seeing a variety of Choices like before! Who comes up with this cr*p? Anyone even realize what a pain it is to shop ONE.Item.at.A.TIME????? I’m going to aliexp**ss!

I use to have this app on my tablet. But recently some ads have taken to hijacking my tablet, and force-opening the Amazon app to whatever product they’re trying to hock. Thus concerns me because if they can force my tablet to open Amazon then there’s nothing stopping them from making the app buy their product with my credit card, or outright stealing my card info since the app is apparently not as secure as they claim. So I immediately uninstalled and deleted all info off my tablet and phone. I consider this to be entirely too risky in this age of identity theft.

I was shopping for a silver necklace when a screen came up and said this was a Jeweler so and so. I was familiar with that jewelry from TV ads. I thought I have always been safe with Amazon for years and I could trust them. It popped up an application for me to fill out. It took my personal information and started buying things from everywhere. I had to close my account. Be careful!

The package was expected to arrive within 2 days with prime, but it keeps push back, and it just said sorry for the delay. Later on it pushed back again and said if you can’t wait, you can request a refund….really disappointed for amazon right now.

What does an app for the ipad work so poorly on the ipad? Where did the ability to seach reviews go? Videos are almost useless, images are glitchy, the app just crashes, even on the latest ipads. Sometimes a page just goes blank. This app is getting seriously unstable.

12/25/24 - I get tired of these notifications and messages, though Amazon is not the only ones that do this. Ok, I can appreciate knowing that I was going to order stuff but can you appreciate that there “might” be other items I could be thinking of adding to my cart??? 11/14/24 - Model # should be shown next to picture please put model# next to picture, large enough that we don’t need to bring out a magnifying glass, nor white font on a light color background. Some have it, some don’t. 10/12/24 - I was thinking of ordering some shaving refills but after my experience with the room Small Spaces scents and packaging, the cartridges are taken out and put in a plain brown slotted box and you don’t know which are which ‘cuz they’re not labeled on the cartridge either. I tried to tell via other review but they said it didn’t qualify for submission. I pretty much give up on that aspect. I’m going to keep looking inthe brick and mortar stores a tad bit longer. We’re going out today, so I’m going to look. B&M stores aren’t the end all either. I do remember a time when I could find mostly everything. Now I’m told to check their online store. Not helpful. At least I get better delivery service from Amazon in that respect. Ok, I’ll give another star. Please fix that situation with packaging and ya’all might get back my 5 stars. Suggestions? More info to pmt card? I may/may not have ordered something off from Amazon that likely is a recurring purchase. However, being that I’m no spring chicken, could they include a hint for item description?? All the card shows is a B#, which btw, I’m unable to select for a copy&paste, amount, and that it was from AMZ. I like finding and getting stuff from Amazon that I am unable to locate in the brick and mortar stores.

One would think that one of the most valuable companies in the world with some of the most highly paid engineers would be able to maintain a stable mobile app. They don't bother fixing major bugs for over a year - like the page randomly going blank or swiping back takes you back several pages.
