Had app a few times and no problems ,delivery has been good very convenient service ,did contact customer support two times once by the computer giving options which is Very frustrating and problematic in times of need,second time by phone which was very comforting and easy service which was during the week,as a thought myself with reading reviews weekends and night orders come to mind as vulnerable 🤔 maybe 24hr phone support if business finances permits.but not no sercurity issues had one scare tho but overall Amazon does it for me keep up the good work 👍🫵👍

I tried going to rufus it states it’s unable to connect. I tried searching for what devices are connected to my account and it’s completely blank despite I had to be logged in to access it. I tried clicking “contact developer” from the app help and it goes to a page that states sorry something went wrong . I can’t email you guys so I have no choice but to give you an absolutely lowest rating to get your attention. Fix your app. I can’t contact support because all of your contact sections are broken and it’s not New Year’s Day so someone should be there
