Being new to bitcoin I downloaded 10-15 apps to try. This out was an easy choice. Simple clean app you can pick up and figure out yourself unlike some others. Easy to get funds from BTC to AUD and into your bank through direct transfer. That was an issue with other apps who will take cash but almost impossible to go the other way, or they would charge (some up to $30 per transaction) for it. Amber app is free to put money back into your bank account. On top of that the customer support is outstanding. They are patient, spending many emails with them before I put a cent into it explaining everything to a beginner in simple terms. They are polite, knowledgeable, and a very good response time. By far the best support of any of the bitcoin apps I downloaded. So if you are new to bitcoin and want a simple app, that you can go into and out of your bank quickly and cleanly, without outrageous fees, with the best customer support, this is the app to use. After trialling many others, this is the only wallet I kept.
