They said my child has to be see. Through the app. The app does not have the button to “add account” any more. The operator suggested I delete the app, then re-download. I did. I waited an hour on a telehealth website recommended by our insurance. In less than the amount of time I waited on that website, I was able to download Ambient Care, register an account, request a visit, input all my information, triage, and be seen by a provider. It was just as quick and simple as going into the office, and I got to see the same provider as well. Much recommended. Very efficient and friendly service.
