Seems to have quite a few bugs in app. Code needs to be refactored. Since switching from Level app to Ambient app the thermostat setting no longer works. Door and light still works though. Maybe a little more QA would help.

I used to have a Nest and never had issues. When I try to change the temp in this app, it just loads forever and resets back to the original temp. Now I have to walk to the thermostat every time like it's 1995. Fix your app please.

The temperature functionality of the app does not work anymore. I used to be able to adjust the temperature, however, it suddenly stopped working. All I can do now in terms of the thermostat is turn it on and off and change from cool to heat.

How is it possible to create an app that DOES NOT WORK AT ALL? I used to have the Level app, which was a bit laggy but still functional. Now I’ve “upgraded” to this amazing new app, and nothing works. Enjoy life without remote control! What a great fitness app—it actually makes people get out of bed to adjust the temperature or lights using the physical switch. Yay, this solves America’s obesity rate.

It’s been over 2 months since we’ve switched to Ambient and nothing has gotten better. I keep getting told that they will be fwd all issues to the engineering team with no resolution. All I’m asking for is app basic functionality.

The application isn’t working. And ever since the replacement of the original nothing has been working properly. Locking and unlocking gives me constant errors and when trying to lower the temperature, nothing happens.
