## Ambinote Description
Speak the consultation. Get a structured clinical note ready to sign. Ambinote is a voice-first scribe built for doctors in Lebanon and Jordan. 

Record the visit in Levantine Arabic, French, English, or any mix — the way you actually talk to your patients. Stop recording, and a complete clinical note appears: chief complaint, current symptoms, diagnosis, prescribed treatments, tests ordered, and follow-up instructions. Review, edit anything, and save.

Built for how you actually practice

• Built for Levantine Arabic. The vocabulary — "wéja3 batn," "khafa2aan," "balgham" — maps to the clinical terms you'd write in the chart. Lebanese and Jordanian patients speaking the way they always do.

• Notes in your language. Choose English, French, or Arabic in Settings. Patients can speak any of those (or all three in the same sentence) and the note comes out in the language you set.

• Patient records that remember. Add patients once with name, date of birth, phone, or medical record number.

• Add patients while you record. Walk in, start recording, fill in the patient's name on the spot. No "create patient first" detour.

• One tap to your secretary. Set a default email recipient in Settings. Signed notes go out by email when you tap Send.

How a visit works

  1. Tap Record. Talk to your patient as you normally would.
  2. Tap Stop. The structured note appears in seconds.
  3. Edit any field. Use typing or even voice to edit.
  4. Tap Save. The note gets stored into the patient's visit history.

Clinical judgment stays with you

Ambinote captures the consultation and structures it into a note. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or replace clinical decision-making. Every note is reviewed and signed by you before it becomes part of the patient's record.
