## Ambit Energy Customer Reviews in United States

### *---- "Worthless app"
I signed up with Ambit almost a month ago and still cannot see any of my usage. The app doesn’t work if you sign in with biometrics. You have to use your account number as your username.
Several months later. This app has not improved in the slightest. Unbelievable
-- KenH456, 2025-03-21

### *---- "terrible shameful"
Worst app on my phone. Hardly ever works. this company is obviously not serious.
-- Wendyamnik, 2025-03-21

### *---- "Unable to use app"
When you sign into app it goes black. What's wrong with this app?
-- sherrymarie, 2025-03-07

### *---- "Black screen"
My app once it signs in goes black
-- Ochoa2102, 2025-02-27

### *---- "The worse service ever"
The worse service ever randomly prices seems not matters what you consume I I have the the 0 stars that’s what they deserve
-- Jeovany v, 2025-02-17

### *---- "Bad service"
I would really love to use the app at least once. Every time I log into the app, it immediately goes black.
-- Tomjones98, 2025-02-17

### *---- "The actual WORST"
Incredibly horrible app & even WORSE energy provider, I would never recommend Ambit.
-- yktfvb, 2025-02-17

### *---- "App not loading"
This is my second day using the app but stopped loading. Hope new update. Coming soon i cant even log in now.
-- Ernie281, 2025-02-14

### *---- "App doesn’t even open for me"
The app doesn’t even open for me, then when I finally was able to get it to open for me and said it was needing to be updated. I went into my App Store. There was no update available for the app. Considering how much I pay them, you would think that they would have the funds to be able to make a working app, but clearly they do not.
-- Madz R., 2025-02-10

### *---- "Most of the times it doesn’t work"
Someone PLEASE convince Ambit IT that we are in year 2025 😁
