## AMC+ Reviews in United States

### *---- "Glitched and buggy"
The Walking Dead original show is not on this app for some reason. When used on a TV it’s bugged out and will often crash or glitch. You can’t set up different profiles either. Generally just a bug ridden mess.
-- Bravo Se7en, 2025-01-03

### **--- "Buggy buggy buggy"
The app looks nice but is incredibly buggy.

Fails to save your place in shows, you have to keep track yourself.

Bumps us out of the show we’re watching all the time for no reason.

Constantly fails to connect when trying to cast.

Takes multiple tries of pressing play and then backing out and pressing play again, to get a show to start.

All of these issues are across multiple devices, in multiple different homes (networks). It’s the app not the device or the connection. The app is not well made.
-- xKyleWrightx, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Buggy and doesn’t load"
The wife and I got a basic subscription for AMC+ and it constantly freezes on us before the intro to our show even gets through. We pause and wait for it to buffer only for it to start when we hit play and stop when it needs to buffer again it’s seriously ridiculous how much we have been paying for absolute trash. I’d give it 0 stars if I could don’t waste your money.
-- BrokenMatter, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Close Captions"
No CC for hearing impaired.
-- Ironchief53, 2024-12-28

### **--- "Content=Pro; Functionality=Con"
First-time user/subscriber of AMC+ and after only a week I feel compelled to write a review of how bad this app functions. How can they not know how bad it (doesn’t) work.
Let’s go through just my initial frustrations:
There is no functioning Continue Watching section; using the quick back button often freezes the app and ultimately I must restart episode. Even rebooting the Roku app doesn’t correct it; there are no quick arrows to move between episodes; it seems slow to buffer when advancing in the episode; there is not quality recall between phone app usage and Roku usage; the FREEZING.

If they don’t do something to improve this, I predict being a very short-term customer.

### ***** "AMC +"
It was a great experience to enjoy watching shows on this app.
-- Yofmqjafdiy, 2024-12-22

### *---- "Literally the worst"
I am so glad I finally finished my show so I can cancel this train wreck of an app. Serious question: has anyone at AMC actually used their own product to watch a full series? Like four seasons? It’s so so so painful.
-- jane183682847, 2024-12-20

### **--- "not the best but gets the job done i guess"
not even close to the best streaming service. i’ve actually experienced totally legal sites that work better and have better internet connection. but i’ve been consistently rewatching the interview with a vampire on it and it’s been bearable. sometimes you just have to refresh your browser 3-5 times before and ep will load.
-- littlemeowzer, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Awful app"
Decent watching options, but the app itself is terrible. One profile per subscription, which is unlike any other streaming service. A new level of greed. Besides that, there’s bugs such as Closed captions not working, episode/show progress not saving, black screening, having to watch more ads when resuming an episode, etc. Not good enough content to have this many problems
-- Thedot30, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Freezes"
Worst streaming app I’ve used. It doesn’t remember where you paused a show or left off. Freezes so much it’s almost unwatchable. Just put your shows on Netflix. This is painful trying to watch.
