## Amcrest Cloud Reviews in United States

### *---- "Will not connect to WiFi"
I have input everything correctly and have been working on this stupid thing for over an hour. It absolutely will not connect to our WiFi. Would not recommend the app or any amcrest products!
-- browncocaina, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Junk"
Will not record to SD card and the app is confusing
-- Islander01, 2024-12-03

### *---- "Nube"
No tiene buena recepción
-- toroway, 2024-11-05

### ***** "Great camera"

-- Camera42, 2024-08-07

### ***-- "Could use some UI update and Latency"
I recently purchased this product not long ago. I’m a bit surprised, UI definitely needs to be modernized/updated, but it’s giving me “why fix it something that’s already working”. Latency is almost an issue for me, given the fact from my Router’s latency between my switch and camera 5-11ms. Other wise this product does work, I mean it’s just that, it needs more functionality. Features that can be done in the background. Other wise I’m pretty satisfied with everything. Not the top of the line, but it’s decent.

### **--- "Amcrest View pro camera"
The camera this has given me a headache. I have called technical support several times and the issue has not been resolved. I was told that they were going to call me back and they never did. I can not see my recordings.
-- Sad teardrop, 2024-05-06

### *---- "Health Check issue"
For quite some time now I have been getting numerous notifications that the health check on my camera has failed followed by notifications that it has passed minutes later. But if I check live view right away, it comes up fine. This issue has gotten much worse lately. Very annoying!
-- 1jonrobin, 2024-04-03

### *---- "Extremely bad app"
Always shuts down suddenly out of no reason. How can people develop such awful app? So bad!!!!
-- JL-SJ, 2024-03-09

### ***** "Great Cloud Support"
As a 80 year old novice, the CLOUD support team was just awesome. They walked me through selecting options to clear up issues with the initial camera settings in my local environment. What patience they had! Was just great working with a great team!
