## Amcrest View Pro 2 Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Does not show full dual 4k resolution on iPhone 16"
It used to work well showing g full resolution of dual 4k (wide angle) cameras on previous iPhone but when I got the new iPhone 16 the resolution is cropped. It shows fine on the monitor connected to the screen but not on the iphone
-- Tjpd3, 2025-01-05

### *---- "Dismal software"
Never able to get this software to work correctly on M1 Mac with latest OSX. Incredible lack of support for Mac OSX. How is this even allowed on the Apple platform…embarrassing dysfunctional. Get another type of camera if this is all they dan do.
-- MajorMart, 2024-12-29

### *---- "New app worse than the last one"
Did anyone from Amcrest try using this before releasing it. The Home Screen lists all cameras correctly, but all will have same image of whichever camera you last looked at. Constantly get an error stating that maximum connections have been exceeded when trying to look at a camera when I’m the only person viewing them. Sticking with the version one app for now.
-- Emarti20, 2024-12-12

### *---- "iPhone problem"
They’re android people and don’t work on letting their app to work with iPhone even though it could be the difference between catching a criminal or not.
-- Otygobi, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Torture test app"
If you enjoy having your fingernails pulled you will love this app. A real piece of trash. I gave up and went over to Reolink cameras and apps, they set up easy and stay connected.
-- StillRiverEditions, 2024-11-28

### ***-- "Works ok but….."
Most of it works good. I have 2 PTZ cameras and this app or any of their apps do not allow you to make a PTZ set point. Instead you have to access the camera with a computer and then figure out how to do it. Please add this feature.
-- reim58, 2024-11-02

### *---- "Return your nvr and cameras"
The application that will power your equipment is broken, outdated and unreliable. Find yourself a different company to deal with as once you buy Amcrest you will regret it.
-- llelloboss, 2024-10-13

### *---- "Cant add nvr ip address … fix your app/"
Cant add nvr ip address … fix your app/
-- Red_Liner, 2024-10-02

### *---- "Events Doesn’t Work"
The only events shown are the notifications I’ve looked at. If you pull down the events list to refresh nothing happens. I’d like to be able to see everything in that is on my internal memory card.
-- snooded, 2024-09-17

### **--- "Events don’t work on iPhone"
The view of the app is very modern. The app itself is pretty easy to use. But if you have an iPhone, the motion events will not show up on your apps event list unless you physically click on each push notification your phone receives. This is an extreme flaw in my opinion, because if I have 10 events & want to see them all, I can’t just look through my events list in the app. I have to click on each notification my phone received, and view them individually. Please fix this!
