## Ameren Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "Complaint"
After logging in, app immediately logs off. Is there an app for individual and NOT business like there used to be???
-- Steve0631, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Totally Unusable"
This app is mot secure and will share your credit details with anyone and everyone. It is also impossible to use and it will not allow you to log in 85% of the time and does not understand its own password requirements. Horrible. Like the company. This should be illegal it is so bad. It is SPECIFICALLY designed so you cannot pay your bill on time so they can steal your deposit.
-- ChoryLee, 2024-12-20

### **--- "App broken?"
Is the option to review energy usage gone now? Every time I click on the option nothing happens like it does in the website
-- Kinnorocks, 2024-12-12

### *---- "View energy details not responding"
Under usage in the app if you try to click on view energy details, it no longer works and no longer launches the website. So I have to manually go into my web browser to find out what my electric usage is. It quit working back in September. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and it still won’t function.

I will change my review when the problem is fixed. I’ve tried contacting them through email, but Ameren doesn’t listen.
-- GhostlySkunk, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Doesn’t let me login"
Not worth downloading
-- Ne7777al, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Waste"
Allows you to login but once you choose your account, it logs you out. Can’t do anything with it anymore. Been messed up for months now.
-- RC_Racer88, 2024-11-23

### *---- "Can’t click speed pay"
Buggy app. Stuck on login and can’t click Speed pay from this newest update
-- Cup of bagels, 2024-11-22

### *---- "It Literally Doesn’t Work"
This app has not worked one single time for me. Log in to immediately automatically be logged out. Ridiculous.
-- djvjo, 2024-11-07

### **--- "Newest version link to detailed usage doesn’t work"
What the title says. Generally a good app, but ever since the recent update the link to see detailed usage doesn’t work.
-- CamaroBryan, 2024-11-03

### *---- "Session expired Bug"
Any time I try to log in with the app it prompts me to sign in. it attempts to sign in and then immediately has a pop up saying session expired with options: extend session or end session. If I click extend session it force closes the app to the sign in screen. If I click end session it does the same thing. This has been happening for about 2 months now and the app is completely unusable.
