Hace unos días estaba en Denver y por razones obvias de atrasos mi vuelo se canceló, me estaba ya imaginando pasándome una hora en el teléfono con un agente, para mi sorpresa, todo a nivel de click, que maravilla

Very expensive flight Awful service inside the plane Vert very cheap, not even a napking they give you with thr so called “refreshments”
Y mis maletas, la rifaron al personal ?
Tienen un desorden muy grande con los vuelos... Se cancelan y se retrasan y uno jodío en el aeropuerto; y si haces escalas ES PEOR LA SITUACIÓN. Viaje con ellos de Santiago para Miami y de ahí a Orlando, y espere horas muertas en el aeropuerto de Miami por sus retrasos. De Orlando a Miami, y de ahí a Santiago ni siquiera puede viajar porque me cancelaron uno, y luego los otros se retrasaron, de manera tal que tuvieron que ponerme en otra aerolínea. Viaje sin mis maletas, porque por un error de ellos, una de su personal me sacó del vuelo y me puso en otro y fue muy inteligente (sarcasmo) y no saco mis maletas a tiempo, y viajaron sin mi. Eso fue el jueves y es domingo y aún sigo sin mis equipajes. O sea, yo ando encuera básicamente. Si alguien ha pasado por está experiencia TAN HERMOSA (sarcasmo)... que por favor me escriba. A ver cómo puedo resolver. Porque me tienen con un tira y hala; y las maletas pa cuando ?????

Actualicé a la ultima versión y tiene problemas: cada vez que abro la aplicación, se cierra abruptamente... (6-3-12) bajé una nueva versión y todavía se cierra... Se supone que eso estaba corregido..
