My bags were delayed both going there and back. I never get any answers when I ask about them and the people are rude. You need to do better!!!! Unless I can’t help it I will never fly American Airlines again in my life!!!!!

Delays and missed connections
I have had so many delays and missed connecting flights in the past 6 weeks. This seems to be your standard now. Just rebooking new flights. Three out of three travel days were delayed so much we had to be put on new flights. They also change gates from one side of the airport to the other and leave me sitting there in the wheelchair. Thank goodness my grandson is big enough to push me in the wheelchair so we don’t miss another connection. I got off the plane in Dallas and there wasn’t even wheelchair service for me. Now with all the last minute flight changes we all end up with middle seat. I hate have my grandchildren all separated by you poor planning.
Delayed Flight
Every time I fly from DFW during evening time, most of the time, flights were delayed. That means 12 am plus or 1 am plus arrival at my destination which is frustrating. Maintenance issues, late arrival of aircraft, etc. are the reasons. American Airlines please compensate your passengers properly for the hassle you are causing everytime there is delay. Improve your communication with DFW to prevent delays because cliche as it may sound time is gold.
Still can’t log in
Once again after today’s update, I was hoping to log into the app. Once again, I get a failure message. I don’t know what the programmers have changed since about a month ago, but this is brutal. I am a frequent traveler and rely on this app. Please fix it!

Tells me it’s at 11 when it’s actually coming to 815 they need to get in sync with their messaging
