Otherwise very useful. -- vballsaint, 2026-03-12 ### ***** "Age Old Customer - have been with American Bank for over 25 or more years...Super service!!" Have been with American Bank for well over 20 years and I don't have the command of enough adjectives to adequately praise them!!👍 -- gns35, 2024-03-06 ### *---- "Why no update to fix face id??? A year!!" Update- now over a year and still no fix for a major bug they’ve known about for ages. I deleted this app because it’s useless until they fix face ID. Clearly it’s NEVER going to be fixed. Might be time to find a new bank that keeps their tech updated. What else isn’t kept up with them? Security? How are we to know? Submitted email about getting constantly locked out of my account when using face id last year. Still no fix. Useless app now having to reset password a million times. No other app has any issue with face id even in middle of night, but they can’t fix this? Do they even have IT people?!?! -- BeachGirl707, 2023-07-28 ### ***** "Transfer" Although I love the ability to transfer online, I do not like the fact that a memo section is their for you to keep track of transfers, yet when you try to search the memo is not visible. Can your IT department look into this issue as I rely on this section a lot!! -- CAJRJ, 2023-06-25 ### ***-- "A bit buggy" Quite often when I log in, it fails with a notification of “bad request”. Sometimes I get passed this by just trying again, other times I have to quit the app and then try again. Otherwise the app is generally pretty good and it is great to be able to have my info available from the phone. It would be nice to have two factor authentication available, using something like Google Authenticator or similar app. -- Hemagen, 2021-11-01 ### ***** "Easy to Use" The site is easy to use, quick and convenient. -- Walk Charlie Daily, 2021-09-08 ### *---- "Pain in the neck" I like to use my fingerprint to login because I can’t remember passwords. Even though I keep the Touch ID on, this app makes me type in the password every time I want to use it. I don’t use the app frequently so maybe it reverts to password logon if you haven’t used it for awhile but it’s tremendously annoying -- Jamusu, 2020-12-23 ### *---- "New app is garbage." So is their new website. Those here giving it high ratings are AMBK plants. Hope the money they save on their new system is worth the customer loss. -- jason12v, 2020-03-08 ### *---- "Avoid - put your money somewhere you can trust" So AMBK just put out a whole new app. Not replacing their old one. Just a new one. No notice. The old one just stopped working and gave an error message saying can’t connect to server. NO ONE answered their phone tech support ALL weekend. Their “expected wait” started at one minute but grew as I waited for someone to answer. It’s unacceptable. Avoid this bank. Put your money somewhere you can trust you’ll have access to it and will actually responded to customer service calls. -- Jasch21, 2020-03-02 [View all American Bank Inc reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to American Bank Inc - [American Bank BD Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/american-bank-bd-mobile-legb/united-states) - [American Bank N.A.](https://apptail.io/app/american-bank-na-xutb/united-states) - [AmbankWaco](https://apptail.io/app/ambankwaco-BoSb/united-states) - [AmericanBank Personal](https://apptail.io/app/americanbank-personal-qSxc/united-states) - [AmericanBank Business](https://apptail.io/app/americanbank-business-qTyc/united-states) - [American Bank Baxter Personal](https://apptail.io/app/american-bank-baxter-personal-aScd/united-states) - [American Bank NC Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/american-bank-nc-mobile-IEkd/united-states) - [ABNA Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/abna-mobile-viAi/united-states) - [American Bank Montana](https://apptail.io/app/american-bank-montana-StGp/united-states) - [American Bank USA](https://apptail.io/app/american-bank-usa-UXPv/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
