I cannot log into my mobile app and haven’t been able to for a solid week. Before that I couldn’t log on occasionally at night, but now, no matter what I do I can’t log on. Very frustrating experience with the photos not always working especially when it crashes the app and then I need to resign in and try again. Customer service is not what it used to be. Whole times on the phone are poor. I have a 10 day hold on the check that I deposited that cleared from my account in one day. I have one at the bank dresses like they’re at the gym. No more deposit slips or withdrawal slips. If you take out a large amount of money they ask you what it’s for which is Bull. I do most of my main banking headed different bank. I would not open my account At this bank if I had to do it all over.
