I have always had good luck with American Family. I have been with them since I started driving. The issue is I am required to have insurance to be able to have a loan or anything. On the products I own. Regardless, if I pay them off or not. The cost of insurance has been increasing consistently every year. It is almost to the point where I cannot afford anything extra other than to drive to work and back. So many people pay insurance in a crazy amount of money, just to have the monthly requirement that they are insured. Which ends up costing them much more money just to fix the issue when the issue happens. While American Family has been I honestly feel that I have paid an extremely large larger amount to them because of the required insurance then it was to replace the products in any of my claims. I would have been able to save money and better myself if I was not required by law to pay such high insurance rates.

App seems to function as it should. I can view and pay bills, adjust coverage, contact agent, start a claim, etc.  

In-app notifications have issues since last update. Notifications icon disappeared from screen view (iPhone 14pro) so notifications cannot opened or viewed.
