## American National Bank & Trust Reviews in United States

### *---- "Transfers don’t work"
Both manual and automatic transfers randomly don’t go through correctly. My app shows successful transfer receipts in my transfer history that don’t show up in back statements or account history. It’s frustrating not to be able to trust automatic transfers but not being able to trust manual transfers that show as having been successful is unacceptable.
-- Caterly7, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Check deposit"
Never have been able to deposit a check with the picture app. I have tried several times.
-- My Reviews rc, 2024-04-01

### **--- "Unstable and Slow"
The app takes quite a bit of time to load. Sometimes my Unser ID is missing and I have to re-enter. On the bill pay feature the payment date and send on dates are backwards and indicate that the payment will be made before it is sent. Obviously a programing issue.
-- Thinkpad2019, 2020-08-03

### ***** "Customer Service"
This is the most unfriendly system I have ever worked in. User instructions are very hard to follow
-- bfjou, 2020-07-16

### **--- "App"
I use this app on my iPhone and a lot of times I’ve tried to open the app I get either just the American flag or or a message saying that I have been timed out and then can’t login for a long time meaning days sometimes.
-- dumberthan dumb, 2020-06-16

### *---- "Disappointed"
Old app was discontinued with no notice, it wasn’t very good to begin with. New app freezes every time I try to log in and input my info. I’m becoming more interested in changing banks to an institution that has their IT products that function correctly.
-- DCellBatteries, 2020-04-02

### *---- "Can’t log on"
Have tried numerous times to get new app to verify my login but it won’t...says contact bank, what a pain
-- dapooh1, 2020-04-01

### ***** "Nice App"
Looks nice and clean easy to use.
-- Everett12!, 2020-03-30

### ***** "Awesome"
New update is great. Looks great and easy to use so far. Added a new account at another bank the process was super easy.
