The big problem is that I must ‘agree’ to get to my account. Can’t check on my bank statements or transfers between accounts. It worked this morning, with out the credit statement, but is not working now. Fix this! Then I was told the submitted it for a refund because I’ve never had an overdraft before and I still have not been refunded the $35. This is at a bad time for me because I’m o leave from work.
