## AmeriCU Credit Union Reviews in United States

### *---- "Update broke everything"
They did a huge update and broke everything especially the credit card. They sent a letter and lied about a late payment to the credit card they lost in the update and said the letter was sent by mistake. We can’t see transactions on the credit card before July. We have had AmeriCU for a long time 30+ years and they just keep getting worse. Updates should not break everything, they don’t know what they are doing. Completely avoid this credit union.
-- OwlAlf, 2025-07-09

### *---- "RIDICULOUS OVERDRAFT FEE"
The overdraft fees are RIDICULOUS, why am I getting charged money for the bank moving my money to my other account, I’m not asking for the money to get moved I can do it myself
-- genkin1, 2025-06-07

### ***-- "Missing pending charges"
My account no longer is showing pending charges on the app. It shows a difference in the balance but doesn’t show pending charges.
-- shaunalyn82, 2024-12-28

### ***-- "Bring the widget back"
The newest update doesn’t allow for there to be a Quick Look at the account. Please update so that is a thing again.
-- twizteetye, 2024-12-23

### ***** "Satisfied"
I have always liked AmeriCU. I would like that you put the certified checks back in the ATM. That is very convenient.
-- Votze1, 2024-12-14

### ***-- "Time"
I always have issues with the app not working at night. Always an error message or “we are unable to process your request at this time”. This is bad considering I’ve tried it on the computer too and I still get the same result.
-- Scorpion186, 2024-11-17

### *---- "Why it cost money"
This app shouldn’t cost money at all anyone can tell me why it’s costing money
-- Stevex420, 2024-11-17

### ***** "Feedback"
Great service!
-- Mooney73SD, 2024-10-31

### ***** "Pamela"
Great people always kind and professional. Always get my questions answered and issues resolved.
-- Godz fovorite, 2024-10-17

### *---- "One star!"
I was unable to log in on my iphone. So i tried to reset the password and was unable to paste the new password i created into the new password fields. The page moves up and down, twking asay the option to paste. Now I have to wait until i get to a computer to see if i can fix this there. Please fix!
