Works and does what it needs to do
The app is easy to use and does what I need it to do: shows the balance of my HSA, lets me see history of purchases, and lets me file claims to reimburse myself from my HSA. Haven’t had any issues with it
Works Great for Me

Outdated app
As a software developer, this is just simply an old, bad application. It constantly lags. It is very difficult to know what is going on when every page is stuck loading with each click. I got an SSL error saying error code -1200 because a secure connection could not be made to the server… but how can an average user be expected to understand that or know how to troubleshoot. This is especially concerning when this app deals with potentially a lot of money, it does not make me feel confident at all. My guess is that it is a giant mess software-wise that isnt changing for political reasons. I would suggest re-doing the whole thing with fresh developers.
No back button
This is a very buggy app. I find submitting claims easy, but the lack of a ‘Back’ button means I have to close the app everytime I need to go back. Please find the bug in your code and fix this issue.

Never lets you login, constant errors and being locked out
App sleeping at night
This app was so slow to tell me my password was wrong and when I clicked forgot password and entered my email then verify, nothing happened at all. And on the website there was an error trying to submit a claim at 7pm PT. What is going on with their tech tools?!?

Possibly one of the worst apps I have ever had the misfortune to have to use. Absolutely abysmal experience with dead ends dead links and constant crashes.
Won’t even let me log on
I reset the pw and everything but can’t get in. Only through the website.
