## Amex Taiwan Reviews in Taiwan

### ***-- "Why we can’t use Apple Pay?"
The app is simple and everything works well. But where is the English version and why want we use Apple Pay in TW with our AMEX card?
-- RoroApp, 2024-09-21

-- Ya Fang Hua, 2024-01-22

### *---- "The worst APP I’ve experienced"
It is an awful APP which is not user friendly at all. It is such a stupid logic to connect externally to the website. I can’t find the info I need and can’t reach my requirement. Strongly advise the IT staff should have this card and experience how it is worse and just a frustrating APP.

If it can’t be improved I don’t think I can continue this card any more.

If needed, I would like have a call with your staff to go through this horrible APP and find how to improve it.

Awful APP and the worst APP I have used and experienced. Horrible!
