### *---- "Funds Debited Without Active SIP — Need Urgent Attention"
I am extremely disappointed with the Bajaj Ameya app. Despite raising a complaint about my SIP mandates of ₹7,000 and ₹5,000 that suddenly disappeared from the app, the issue remains unresolved.

To make matters worse, ₹5,000 was recently debited from my bank account — yet there is no record of this transaction or SIP visible in my Ameya folio or transaction history. My bank has confirmed that the debit was made by Bajaj Capital.

This is a serious concern. It feels unsafe when money is deducted without any active or visible investment on the platform. I’ve already followed up multiple times, but there’s been no clear resolution or explanation so far.

I urge the Bajaj Ameya team to investigate this immediately, refund the wrongly debited amount, and ensure that all inactive or hidden SIP mandates are properly closed. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

When I am buying mutual funds everything is okay. As soon as i started to sell same mutual fund whose SIP is ongoing. Its failing due to email id mismatch. How its been getting purchased then? Trying from past 20 days, still not able to redeem that fund. Its very frustrating when you need money.
