This is the slowest app I have ever come across. Sort it out! In order for me to want to use the app I have to make sure it’s during a time I have absolutely nothing better to do but to kill time! In the meantime life goes on around me.

Over the recent months I have needed to update my insurance sadly had to make 2 insurance claims and I have been extremely delighted with the assistance I have had and the prompt action taken on the claims communication has been exceptional. Well done AMI

I had 3 policies with ami, years later when i had need for claim they accept ed my claim and got all documents and told me i would recieve money in my bank account in 3 business days. Weeks later nothing shows up in my account. When i called them they told me they should not have accepted the claim and damage to content being in transit. 
You think they have your back but they will spit out some technical jargon and decline the claim.
I will take my business else where.
