I worked in brand and creative direction and have spent a decade around digital products, so I am not reviewing this as someone who struggles with apps. I am reviewing it as someone who knows what a competently built training product looks like, and this is not one.

Start with the time. You will be told this training takes a few hours. It does not. Because of how the app is built, plan for 6 to 8 hours as a realistic minimum, and do not be surprised if it stretches across several days. If that happens to you, it is not a reflection on you. The content itself could be covered in well under an hour. The rest is the app getting in its own way.

Where the time goes:

Progress does not save reliably. Modules you have completed reappear as incomplete. Scenarios finish, then restart from the beginning. There is no way to tell whether a repeat is intentional or a fault, so you sit through it again just in case.

The voice-led "Coach" scenarios are driven by an AI that frequently does not register what you have said, responds to something you did not say, or loses the thread entirely. Several times the on-screen prompt was cut off mid-sentence, so the scenario began with half an instruction. One scenario introduced me as a female driver over an illustration of a man, then renamed the character partway through. These are small things individually, but they compound, and they tell you nobody sat down and actually ran this end to end before shipping it.

The visual content is clearly AI-generated and it shows. Illustrations are generic and inconsistent. The screens that are supposed to demonstrate the real process are blurred mockups with black bars where the actual interface should be, which makes them useless for learning what to press and when. For a training tool whose entire purpose is to show you the correct procedure, that is a fundamental failure, not a cosmetic one.

A good portion of the material is irrelevant to the role it is supposedly training you for. You cannot skip it. You cannot speed it up. You sit through it to get the tick.

Help is effectively non-existent. There is no clear route to raise a fault, no guidance on what to do when a module will not progress, and nothing that acknowledges the problems other reviewers here have been describing for months.

The combined effect is that you spend most of your attention managing the app rather than absorbing the content. By the end I did not feel better prepared for the job than when I started. I felt t

This app is seriously putting me off the job I applied for. Everything about this app is infuriating, the endless tasks filled with pointless information. And then having to answer questions based on scenarios that didn’t get covered. Nothing is memorable because it’s just AI slop so you don’t retain any information anyway. Whoever uses this app for training, their head is not right. If I could rate this app in negative stars I would. -1 billion stars out of 5. I can’t some people swear by AI. This is not the future this is worse than dial up internet.
