## Amo: Personal Trainer Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Melhor app de treino!"
Melhor app de treino! É como se tiveres um PT que te motivas todo tempo
-- Lucas Poelman, 2022-05-13

### *---- "This app doesn’t work"
I purchased a 3 month subscription and the app isn’t working at all and there is no one to contact about it, it takes you to the Amo app Instagram page and it looks inactive and no one has responded to my messages. This has been going on for a month. I would like a refund.
-- jazc7, 2021-12-03

### ****- "Love the workout plan, app a little glitchy"
Been using the app for a few weeks and really happy with it on the whole. I love the workouts and the coaching. Can feel it making a difference already. It’s great at keeping you motivated.
Would be 5 star but the app can be a little glitchy. Quite often it crashes several times during a workout and I can’t get it to work again. Also when using Spotify, my music appears to be muted a little during the exercises….sometimes you need that power tune loud to get you through the last few sets!!
-- StevieP6674, 2021-11-19

### ***** "Life saver!"
This app launched during lockdown and got me through so much. Still using it today, it’s fresh, different to anything else, slightly addictive which I guess is a good thing & bloody works!! Thanks coach James & team
-- loverofarmy, 2021-07-06

### ***** "Game changer!"
Only on my first week but I can tell this is different. The interactive motivation as well as having tailored workouts that are challenging but most importantly, achievable! I finish feeling like I have worked hard but not been defeated, which is crucial if I am going to wake up tomorrow and do it again.
-- BenjiPeckham, 2021-06-25

### ***** "Lower body workout"
I’ve just completed my first workout and boy can I feel it! Love a good workout where you know you’ve definitely done one. Feeling buzzed now thanks Amo 💪🙌
-- Steph Poole, 2021-05-10

### ***** "Best workout app i’ve used!!!"
This app is so different from the others. I like and need that motivational voice telling me to push through the workout which is what you get with this app. It’s like you’re getting a 1 to 1 session in your own home which is great in the current climate. But the best part of this app is that it suits YOUR needs and is interactive so you get that personal touch and can choose what you want to get out of the app. Definitely worth it!
-- MadelineJeffery, 2021-05-03

### ***** "So easy to follow and I love it!!"
Tried this out do the first time so easy to follow. And is pretty simple exercises which are catered to your plan that you select right at the beginning. Plus you can listen to your own music whilst doing the exercises and you can still the app speaking to you with a video tutorial at the top too.
Amazing!! Love it!!
-- Khloe Wilkinson, 2021-04-16

### ***** "First workout complete"
I just started using this app and so far I really love it. I’ve been quite lazy during lockdown and really needed this motivation to get me started again. It has well timed breaks in between exercises and was nicely paced. Would highly recommend if you need a hand restarting fitness in your life.
-- RobynD166, 2021-04-16

### ***** "Still going strong 2 months in!"
Been using this app for 9 weeks now! Normally I give I after a week do that says something! Can feel toning coming and muscles building! Thanks James!
