Can not log in on apple

I’ve been playing this game for years and I really love it, I mostly play on pc and sometimes on my phone but recently I went from Samsung to iPhone and when I try to log in it says that the mail or password is incorrect but they are both correct. I tried to install the game again but same problem I also tried to change the password but I received no email so yeah…. I really recommend the game but please fix the problem for iPhone. When I don’t have my pc I wish to play the game on my phone …

Gotten into some problems here..

Every time I’m trying to enter on my account says that I introduced wrong.. but the email and the password is written good every time... I tried to uninstall and the game, even to change the password but it gives me the same thing..

Não consegui jogar nenhuma vez pois sempre que coloco o nome e signo o jogo fecha sozinho. Tentei desinstalar e instalar de novo mas não funciona, o jogo parece bom e eu gostaria de experimentar mas dessa maneira não dá.
