A very bad bank, I don't recommend it to anyone. I paid £35 for the card and monthly fee, and I already want to close my account and never use this bank again. I transferred money to someone over 24 hours ago, and the person still hasn't received the funds. When people send me money, it also takes 1-2 hours to receive it in my account. This is the worst bank I've ever used.

I opened account with them about month ago, been verified 2 times and they did sent card. I have another fintechs as well - wise and payoneer and wanted to have another. I moved part of the services to them, and out of the blue they sent us termination letter last week. Our company is established and known on the market, nothing like "gray business". They told me to move my money out. I did, but it's not possible to do this immediately as I was setting up services for more than week. On same day termination email came, they blocked us access. We don't know if any other of our customer paid to them, and we are sure that they received another transfer from payments processor for almost 1000 EUR. I asked them to forward it to other account. Waiting for their response. Summarising - we didn't revived any reason of termination of the service, regardless of the 2 passed verifications they blocked us in 1 day. Thar is not fair, and we are considering sending claim to FCA.
