How about adding support for other cards like Amex, dinner club or perhaps PayPal?

The app seems to be glitch free and works as intended, but it’s disappointing that although it shows the nearest fuel station, it doesn’t show real time prices. Even with 10c per litre off, it’s not necessarily the cheapest fuel around so I still find myself using 2 apps to get all the info to find the best deals.

The App is ok, but they need to develop the electricity bill section which is very ordinary. Can’t see previous bill history, track usage, or see daily graphs of usage like other companies.

Replicating Evie’s auto detect feature would be nice.

I’ve tried setting up this app multiple times. It doesn’t let me complete the sign up process and add a payment method. Once I tap on the option to complete sign up, it doesn’t work and returns to the previous screen. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, logging off and on again, etc. but it just won’t work. I’ve contacted the customer support but their suggestions are exactly what I have already done. So basically there is no fix for this and I can’t use the app and the 10c discount on fuel for being an Ampol Electricity customer.

Blank screen for sign-up. Reinstalled, restarted phone. No joy, please fix

This would be a great app if it ever actually worked

I used this to charge my ev for the first time- (used the ampCharge app previously ) I could not find anywhere where the cost of charging was displayed, then could not find how to stop it charging There is a stop icon on the pump but they tell you to use the phone I pressed every icon on the app but if it’s there it’s not logical In the end I had to reprogram the car to make it stop charging

Previously used AmpCharge app which worked fine, now forced to use this app and can’t even get past the registration screen, screen goes completely white and can’t progress

fix your app never works when i need it !
