I use this App on an iPad with an Apple keyboard attached in Landscape mode. Therefore I only use the iPad in Landscape mode. Recently Amtrak’s App forced Portrait mode on my iPad. Which makes the App useless to me. Orientation on iPad s/be optional!
Woke up this morning and opened the app and there is no record of our trip to Chicago from Port Huron and definitely no ticket to return today. I am signed in.

Amtrak website advised to download the app to track the status of train. Downloaded the app and it totally provides wrong information.

Verification code never sends to email address despite multiple resends. Call center hold times 2-3 hours
It is impossible for me to create a log in on this application. I enterred my email and password and the Next button and nothing works.
is a bit to get around to adjusting and making plans not a super lot of direction or help
