## Amul Shop Reviews in India

### ***** "Nice app Easy to use"

-- jayjoshi3300, 2025-07-25

### ***** "Loved it"
Best service and product
-- Payal Nathani, 2025-07-19

### *---- "Very bad experience"
Missing product delivered and Customer care do not respond to your email or complain. Very bad service from amul.
-- jasmin akbari, 2025-07-17

### *---- "16 days to deliver a product"
Worst experience. They took 16 days to deliver a product.
-- AghoraKapalika, 2025-07-14

### *---- "Fraudsters"
Don’t ordered from here and half of the items from my package was missing and they don’t respond back … never buy from here
-- pks12322, 2025-06-03

### *---- "Worst app"
Ordered product before a month and still under process and worst customer care support
-- Chinna18, 2025-05-28

### *---- "Worst service"
Ordered Lassi on 9th May and till date not received it called customer care 3 times but as a parrot they say wait for 24 to 48 hrs and they are also
Not ready to refund will reach out to customer court for this, so please do not shop from here also 90% of times products are out of stock
-- ravi1013587, 2025-05-26

### *---- "Pathetic App-No cancel option"
Don't be misled by the 4- and 5-star ratings. Products that are delivered within 10 minutes on other apps are delayed by over a week when ordered through the Amul app. There's no option of cash on delivery or to cancel the order, and customer support doesn’t respond to emails. It's far more convenient to buy these items from other platforms where delivery is faster and service is reliable."

### ***** "Convenient and Reliable Shopping Experience"
I’ve been using the Shop.Amul app for ordering dairy products and other essentials. The app is easy to navigate, deliveries are timely, and the product quality is excellent. It’s really convenient to get Amul products directly from the source. Highly recommend it for regular users of Amul items!

### *---- "App is not working properly"
You need to test your payments properly. CCAvenue is not working. And for Phonepe my money got deducted but the order was not placed.
