Hab versucht mein Geld abzuheben, klickte auf „Withdraw“ und mein mit Musik verdientes Geld habe ich nicht erhalten.

LEST BIS ZU ENDE!!! wollte schon längst was darüber schreiben, aber jetzt ist die zeit gekommen, also 1. hab versucht 4 mal album zu posten aber es wurde ständig not approved, obwohl ich da alles ordentlich gemacht hab, mein letzter versuch war wirklich komisch, da stand, dass infos in email stehen, aber ich hab gar kein email bekommen:/ 2. ich wurde von beiden accounts gesperrt auch ganz ohne grund, da stand nur dass ich regeln nicht eingehalten hab, aber welche genau, man weiß ja nicht Amuse ist wirklich - abuse ich empfehle es niemanden, da man ohne premium auch lange zeit warten soll bis release dropt aber an den letzten tagen kann album nicht zugelassen werden, was soll das denn bitte?? jedes mal so eine zeitverschwendung.

Bugs since Update

I can’t verify my account. I forgot my password and got my vertification code but cant type it in the amuse app now I have no access to my account

schlechtester Support

Support bekommt es über 4 Wochen nicht hin meine Telefonnummer zu ändern, dass ich mich mal wieder einloggen kann.. 3 mal den Support angeschrieben, kein einziges Mal eine Antwort bekommen

Guter Support

Der Support ist als Premium User gut, das kann man auch erwarten bei 50€ im Jahr. Jedoch werden die Insights nicht richtig angezeigt. Wenn ich darauf gehe wird mir immer noch mein letztes Release, welches ich runter genommen habe, angezeigt, sowie die generierten Einnahmen aus diesem. Das kann nicht sein. Mein neuer Song wird garnicht angezeigt unter dieser Option. Daher 3 Sterne Abzug.

Ziemlich Einfach

Bin froh das Release über App funktioniert! Produziere nämlich meine Musik auf dem IPhone! Schade das es keine deutsche Sprache gibts aber naja, sind auch nicht aus Deutschland 🇩🇪 Hab immer noch nicht gefunden die Möglichkeiten beim Release von mehreren Tracks die unterschiedliche Titelbilder hochzuladen… Ansonsten Top!
