Worst banking experience ever. App is useless, notifications for transactions come in the 10a when you log on, sometimes days after the transaction. Not much of a security feature! Also pop ups when topping up Revolut etc often link to blank pages and can’t be found within the app so it takes multiple attempts to complete online transactions that need online verification. I can not access my online banking outside of Ireland (via mobile or desktop!) and the response from CS was that it was because the internet connection was not secure. I was left without funds in a foreign country and they were sorry and would sort as soon as I was home, only for it to happen the next time I travelled. Staff do their best but the infrastructure is just not there to support modern banking needs. I will be closing this account.

I seen to have to uninstall and reinstall this app a lot. The dynamic ccv option keeps disappearing from the app. I reinstalled it last week and today it is nowhere to be seen again so have to reinstall.

I tried to buy a stamp twice. Both times money was take from my account and no stamp appeared within the app. Very slow to load and needs serious work. Very disorienting, poor responsive, help and support impossible to find!

Trying to apply for a currency card and can only apply through the app or at a post office - you can’t get past the enter your phone number screen as it just freezes and there is no return button to progress!

I am on holiday in the U.S. and the money app was working great and I was easily able to top up the USD account so I can use my An Post Mastercard. However just all of a sudden the app stops working as it will not show my balance in Euros and will not let me go to my U.S. account to see the balance in $ currency and it will not let me top to the U.S. account so right now the app is effectively useless. I sent an email to customer support and they told me they have no way to clear security with me by email so they want me to call customer support on my mobile while in the U.S. which would probably cost me a mini fortune. How the app is rated 4.2 is beyond me. App has not been working for me for 2 days.

Been using the app 3 months as wanted to support An Post..but unfortunately had to move back to Irish bank account for multiple reasons…
Design is really lazy..resulting in view being substandard..keyboard blocks password view..column view runs to second line..transaction info might make sense to An Post but doesn’t identify it for me..constantly crashing and needs reinstall..pay €5 a month in fees but given this awful app I’m not sure what it’s for..bye bye An Post app

This app was fine. Even good. However Recently it continuously logs you out and you have to re register as if it’s you’re reinstalling the app. Three weeks in a row and counting it has required new pins and data updates. And while you’re unknowingly logged out you kiss notifications. Absolutely ridiculous.

I put €100 in to a holiday jar and €100 into a Christmas jar. Every time I withdraw money from an atm or use my app to tap at a till even though I significant funds in the main current account it will atomically take it from my jars witch makes it incredibly frustrating. I have gone to my settings to check if I can change it so that the jars are left with the money iv put into them but no there is no option so basically the jars are pointless and I will be withdrawing that money to save it in the future cause it’s not secure in the jars in my account

doesn’t notify you on time so can easily get hacked without knowing, change of address process is archaic so basically impossible, checks take way too long to clear and longer than even normal banks. when you actually go into an post for banking help, most of them aren’t trained on banking so straight up lie to you.

### ****- "Fix Money Manager"
I have been using this app for over a year and suddenly the money manager does not work. I cannot change the categories as half of the categories are no longer listed when I try change them as I usually would. The categories are highlighted in blue instead of the green icons. Not sure if this is a bug but checked and my husband is having the same issue with his app. We unlinked our accounts, deleted the app and reinstalled but to no avail. Please fix this issue asap as any other apps we have tried for budgeting have been useless.
