Track & Trace:
Track & Trace allows you to track parcel delivery simple and reliable. You can track your parcel online from arrival to An Post right through until the item is delivered. Save your tracking numbers to track packages from all your online shopping and sending!
Digital stamp:
Buy your digital stamp through the app and send your post at a time that suits you. You can now deliver anywhere in the world with our International Digital Stamps. We'll even notify you once your post has been delivered. 

Click & Post:
Our Click & Post service offers a fast and convenient way to purchase postage labels or book a shopping return online all at the touch of a button. Use our postage calculator to check the cost based on your item and destination by entering what you want to send and where it’s going. Once the postage label has been purchased, you print the postage label, attach it to your item and drop it off at your nearest post office. If you don’t have a printer, we will print it for you in the post office.

Returns:
Take the hassle out of returning items with Click & Post. Simply book your return online and decide whether to have your item collected at a time that suits you or drop it off at your nearest post office or other drop off locations. If you are having your returns item collected, there is no need to print any returns label. With our returns label free service, the postal operative will have done this for you before they collect the item.

Paying Customs Charges:
If an item is coming from outside the EU, Irish Revenue will apply a customs charge. This customs charge must be paid to An Post within 22 calendar days for your item to be released for delivery. Customers can pay this charge easily online using their tracking ID and customs reference number. There is information provided to assist customers paying the charge, along with Frequently Asked Questions.

I was writing down the address details and I went to another App on my IOS to check the postage details to enter and when I came back to the AnPost App, it refreshed and I lost all the details that Ive written, it kicked me back to the main page on the An Post App. For 2 products, Ive wasted 8 mins written things down only to have them disappeared. This did not happened before the latest update. Also when I click on the “Download Label” after purchased, it gives me an “OPS 404 Error”. This is a big issue and nothing is done to fix this.

Attempted to buy a digital stamp with my PTSB debit card over Apple Pay. An Post take my money but no stamp - error code “we were unable to take your money”. My bank account says otherwise. No way to complain to a human on the site.

The works except for a few weird things.
- when calculating postage you have to back out fully for the change of country to actually work. Going back only one step and change the country in the drop down doesn’t actually work, the previous country will still be used.
- when posting an item with click & post on pc when logged in, the shipment will show in your account to track it. However it won’t be visible in the iOS app when logged it, you have to enter it manually.

I hope those inconveniences can be resolved.

This is a very convenient way of buying stamps and you get confirmation of your delivery. Sure you pay about €0.50 extra but the knowledge that you’re letter has been delivered is worth that bit of extra money.

This is second time that they didn’t delivered package. And on the paper it’s showed that I was sign delivery. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Plus when I tried to contact them on the phone ,it’s almost impossible to reach them. Bad banking and communication with bank the same time. Not recommended at ALL!
