Bad Design with poor connections
The idea of this app sounded interesting but it doesn’t deliver. The service costs too much for the functionality that’s available, and the dat that is there isn’t reliable. Better off using App Store Connect or App Annie to get the data for your App and avoid this altogether.
Always missing data
Data is always delayed from google and Apple, but appfigures does not take this into consideration in the dashboard so always includes the last couple of missing days and therefore always shows apps as performing poorly overall. This design flaw has gone unmitigated for years
Great app for checking stats.
Would absolutely love ranking charts in the app. That Would be the icing on the cake.

All UI over UX
The UI gets in the way. You want the info asap. I learn more from the email app figures send me than the app. Daily notification of downloads /profits would be good. Otherwise stopped using the app.
An essential tool.

Hard to browse apps
If you have many products with long names or similar icons, you'll find the dial selector to be next to useless for browsing your apps (on iPhone, at least). The UI design looks very pretty, but is a fail from this perspective. Developers: please give an option to browse from a list, and consider those of us with long app titles!
