Das Editieren von falsch angezeigten Elternverbindungen geht nicht oder völlig umständlich. Man sollte die Linien einfach zur richtigen Person ziehen können. Grundsätzlich ist aber die Smartphone-App nicht synchron mit dem, was man im Browser eingibt. Was nicht synchronisiert wird ist dann eine Überraschung.

Test von mir, wurde am 25.12.2023 versendet, bis heute noch st. dieser lt. App noch nicht eingetroffen. Habe am 10.01.2024 deshalb eine Mail an den Support geschrieben. Heute ist der 16.01.2024 und ich habe noch keine Antwort erhalten. Deshalb frage ich mich, ob das Unternehmen überhaupt noch existiert. Falls doch, ist der Service einfach schlecht.
